This year, through the diligence of our Farm Manager, Chris Lodge, we are expecting a significant increase in our tomato harvest. High tunnels now are producing more than twice the amount from previous years. Thanks again Chris!
This is one small bed of wildfire lettuce that will be harvested, cleaned and packaged for delivery next week to one of our local schools. During the 2023 school year we cultivated and delivered more than 150 pounds of lettuce to five schools in Nicholas County. They loved it!
